How to use

Before each use of the tool, make sure that no element of the pneumatic system is damaged. If any damage is noticed, immediately replace them with new, undamaged system components. Before each use of the pneumatic system, dry any moisture condensed inside the tool, compressor, and hoses. Before starting work, attach the additional handle with four screws.

Connecting the tool to the pneumatic system.

• The drawing shows the recommended way of connecting the tool to the pneumatic system. The method shown will ensure the most effective use of the tool, as well as extend the life of the tool.
• Drop a few drops of SAE 10 oil into the air inlet
• Firmly and securely screw the appropriate ending to the air inlet thread, enabling the connection of the air supply hose (II)
• Attach the appropriate ending to the tool carrier. To work with pneumatic tools use only accessories suitable for working with impact tools
• Set the appropriate direction of rotation (V). The direction of rotation is indicated by an arrow. Adjust pressure (torque)
• Connect the tool to the pneumatic system using a 1/2 ”ID hose. Make sure the strength of the hose is at least 1.38 MP. (III)
• Run the tool for a few seconds, making sure that there are no suspicious sounds or vibrations coming from it.

Working with impact wrenches.

Before tightening the bolt or nut, use a wrench to thread the bolt or nut by hand (at least two turns). Make sure that the size of the socket wrench is selected correctly in relation to the element to be unscrewed or tightened. Incorrect selection of sizes may result in the destruction of both the key and the nut or bolt. The diameter of the thread of the screw to be tightened must not exceed 21 mm.

Loosening and tightening.

• Adjust the pressure in the pneumatic system so that it does not exceed the maximum value for a given tool
• Set the appropriate direction of the tool rotation and the appropriate torque (V)
• Install the appropriate socket wrench (IV) on the tool carrier
• Connect the wrench to the pneumatic system
• Put the wrench with the cap mounted on the unscrewed or tightened element
• Gradually press the trigger of the tool.

After finishing work, disassemble the pneumatic system and preserve the tool.
