The Metravi DIT-913A is a handy, multi-functional, Digital Insulation Resistance Tester with 3 1/2 Digits 1999 Counts Backlit Display, and measures 0.00MΩ~22.0GΩ at 500V / 1000V / 2500V, with high accuracy.

It also measures DC Open Circuit Voltage, Short Circuit Current, Rated Test Current, AC Voltage Test, PI, DAR and has an Automatic Discharge function.
